Uncommon
Sense

Hasifriya Theatre |  2022

Inspired by real stories of individuals on the autism spectrum and those in their inner circles, this play, crafted by members of the "Tectonic Ensemble" from New York, weaves together the personal journeys of Dan, Jess, Moss, and Leli. It also delves into the experiences of their families, friends, and partners, revealing the challenges of navigating the world of being "different" and the universal longing for connection that unites us all.
"Uncommon Sense" promises to evoke a wide range of emotions for both those who witness their own experiences mirrored on stage and those encountering the world of autism for the first time. The play invites everyone to reflect on the notion of "normal" and prompts them to question who can truly be labeled as such.
